We are dedicated to empowering small and midsize businesses (SMBs) by providing robust cyber threat defenses. As a Staff Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our innovative SIEM product set to launch in October 2024, collaborating closely with the Chief Technology Officer and various teams to drive product success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate the SIEM product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to guide product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Transform customer insights into innovative solutions that exceed market expectations.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to establish detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories to inform product specifications.
  • Prioritize product features based on strategic alignment and market demands.
  • Actively participate in the product development lifecycle from discovery to launch.
  • Drive the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy in partnership with sales and marketing leadership.
  • Facilitate successful product launches in collaboration with marketing and key stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform ongoing product enhancements.
  • Bridge communication between engineering and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex technical concepts.
  • Lead strategic initiatives while maintaining a hands-on approach when necessary.
  • Partner with design and engineering teams to create mockups and prototypes for new features.
  • Conduct user experience testing to glean insights on platform usage.
  • Provide metrics such as conversion and churn rates to evaluate product strategy effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically with SIEM products.
  • Proven ability to define and execute long-term vision and strategy that yields exceptional results.
  • Experience in steering product innovation from ideation through to launch.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and associated tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills for crafting engaging epics and stories that align teams.
  • Proficient with cloud-based products, especially within AWS or similar environments.
  • Strong creative and critical thinking skills, particularly focused on solutions for SMBs.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • A robust understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Proven experience managing products from conception to market launch.
  • Capability to thrive in a remote team environment.
