Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex site design projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage contract negotiations with clients and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Assemble and guide project teams, harmonizing technical expertise with project goals.
• Monitor project performance, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain quality and financial targets.
• Develop risk management strategies to proactively address challenges and change requests.
• Conduct thorough reviews of technical work to verify compliance with contracts and specifications.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, emphasizing exceptional service to foster future collaborations.
• Maintain organized project documentation, encompassing correspondence, design plans, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong project management capabilities with a focus on controlling scope, schedule, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in site design and development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
