Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of complex site design projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage contract negotiations with clients and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Assemble and guide project teams, harmonizing technical expertise with project goals.
- Monitor project performance, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain quality and financial targets.
- Develop risk management strategies to proactively address challenges and change requests.
- Conduct thorough reviews of technical work to verify compliance with contracts and specifications.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, emphasizing exceptional service to foster future collaborations.
- Maintain organized project documentation, encompassing correspondence, design plans, and deliverables.
- Mentor team members in best practices for project management and organizational tools.
Required Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong project management capabilities with a focus on controlling scope, schedule, and budgets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in site design and development.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
- A proven track record of successfully managing multidisciplinary projects.
