Site Reliability Engineering Manager (Remote)

Job Title: SRE Project Manager (Mexico based)

About The Company: Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are hiring a SRE Project Manager to join our Nearshore Center at Randstad Mexico.

Time Zone: Must work US Time Zone (any of them).

Requirements:

• Looking for candidates with fluent English and accent is manageable to understand as they will be leading meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation.
• Agile Project Management Communication.
• Clearly articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitating effective collaboration across diverse teams and portfolios.
• Flexibility to adjust plans based on stakeholder input or shifting priorities.

Job activities:

1. Perform Team Health Checks with recurring feedback.
2. Perform Financial Reporting & Analysis of hosting charges across cloud providers.
3. Oversee operational reporting of events, incidents, issues, and root cause analysis lifecycle management.
4. Establish and report on business insights / KPIs and review key changes with engineering stakeholders.
5. Develop and execute strategy for industry certification compliance (SOC-2 / NIST / 1EdTech) across the various products inside the platform.
6. Collaborate with software developers, TPMs and business product managers to establish development, testing and deployment plans.
7. Participate in continual learning of the cloud ecosystem, game day scenarios, and professional conferences.

Benefits:

• 100% remote position.
• $63,000.00 MXN monthly gross salary.
• 3-month contract with hight possibility of extension
