Supervise and monitor all site work, ensuring adherence to the projectschedule and timely completion of milestones.

Responsibilities:

Assist project manager in all aspects of project follow up such as material planning, logistics and transportation coordination etc.
Supervise and monitor all site work, ensuring adherence to the project schedule and timely completion of milestones.
Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure specifications, working procedures, work schedules, drawings, and quality control are strictly followed.
Attend regular site meetings and communicate with main-contractor.
Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site.

Requirements:

High-diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management, Architecture, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in kitchen cabinets project, especially the large scale residential project. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Site Supervisor or Assistant Project Coordinator.
Proficient in PC knowledge, MS Application and AutoCAD is preferable.
Familiarity with Revit and BIM software is an advantage.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
