I’m excited to introduce two unique opportunities with a leading insurance brokerage firm specializing in Small and Medium Enterprises.  This role offers an exciting challenge for an SME Insurance Broker looking to make an impact k on their own portfolio.
Position Overview: In this position, you will be the SME clients’ trusted advisor, responsible for understanding their insurance needs, crafting personalized solutions, and building lasting relationships. You’ll work closely with business owners and decision-makers to assess risks and negotiate advantageous policies.
– Account Manager will inherit a 350k book of business
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed client consultations to pinpoint insurance requirements.
- Analyze risk factors to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with SME clients, providing exceptional service.
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations.
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure competitive rates.
- Maintain precise records and assist clients with claims processing.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Client facing roles – they want you out and about meeting your clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, ideally with a focus on SME clients but all commercial/ corporate backgrounds are welcome
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and policies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decisions.
- Client-centric with a knack for problem-solving.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- Possession of relevant insurance industry certifications or licenses is an advantage.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is beneficial.
