What We’re Looking For

Our client, a leading US-based digital marketing agency, is seeking a Social Media Account Manager to lead client relationships, community management, and copywriting for social platforms. This role is essential for driving tailored social media strategies and ensuring successful execution for both the agency and its clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media initiatives for the agency and its clients
• Conduct client kick-off calls to align on goals and expectations
• Develop and implement customized social media strategies
• Create and present strategies, content plans, and video concepts to clients
• Write captions and copy for social media posts
• Manage content schedules and oversee posting across platforms
• Monitor performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with expertise in strategy development and execution
• Exceptional copywriting skills for creating compelling, brand-aligned content
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients and lead discussions
• Proficiency in monitoring and optimizing social media performance
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines
• Available to work in PT/MT (USA) time zones
