Devmark Team is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media and Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting engaging content, possesses a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and has a knack for storytelling.
As the Social Media and Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating compelling content, and fostering meaningful online interactions with our audience.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
– Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure our strategy remains relevant and cutting-edge.
Content Creation:
– Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to written posts, images, videos, infographics, and more.
– Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content that resonates with our audience.
– Craft compelling and concise copy that maintains our brand voice and effectively communicates our message.
Community Engagement:
– Manage and monitor all social media channels, responding promptly to comments, messages, and mentions while maintaining a positive and helpful tone.
– Foster genuine interactions with followers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner.
– Identify and engage with industry influencers, partners, and potential brand advocates to expand our online reach.
4. Campaign Execution:
– Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions that drive user engagement and support broader marketing initiatives.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overarching marketing efforts.
– Monitor real-time engagement during campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
– Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to showcase progress and areas for improvement.
– Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future campaigns, ensuring continuous growth and engagement.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns and content creation.
– Proficiency in social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
– Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics to drive decision-making.
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
– Familiarity with design software and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Experience in managing and growing online communities is desirable.
