Role Summary:
We are on the lookout for a talented and driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist with a keen eye for design and content. This is a remote position, ideally suited to an experienced marketing professional who can work independently and as part of a team to enhance Lantern Capital’s brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Curate and create content for social media channels, websites, blogs, presentations, and newsletters that aligns with our company’s goals and resonates with our audience.
- Conceptualize and design high-quality marketing materials such as posts, banners, infographics, and other creative assets.
- Optimize content for SEO, ensuring our website and social media channels are ranked highly on search engines.
- Run and manage digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms, ensuring they are ROI-focused.
- Plan and execute product launches, ensuring all digital touchpoints reflect consistent messaging and creative.
- Track social media and ad performance, generating monthly reports that provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay on top of digital trends, SEO best practices, and changes to social media algorithms to keep Lantern Capital ahead of the curve.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across all platforms.
- Provide creative input for company presentations, internal communications, and sales collateral.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Exceptional graphic design skills with hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques to boost online visibility.
- Experience in running and optimizing digital ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to create data-driven reports and present findings with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Highly proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail in proofreading and editing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.
- Experience in the financial sector or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset.
