Job Description: Social Media Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. This role involves content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking to support our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, fostering positive community engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaigns and objectives.
• Assist in the creation of social media calendars and content planning.
• Support influencer partnerships and campaigns, as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing content using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and emerging trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with video editing and content creation.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
