The Role
Reporting to the PR & Social Media Manager, our Social Media Coordinator at HB is the mastermind behind our brand’s social presence online. From highlighting our exquisite collections to sparking thoughtful conversations with followers, they balance style with substance with our HB cult following. Their role is to elevate our brand’s image through thought provoking visuals, refined storytelling, and strategic campaigns. With a pulse on trends and a deep understanding our HB brand’s identity, they’ll create a digital space where luxury, empowerment, and customer connection thrive.
A day in the life of our Social Media Coordinator entails..
- Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms, Instagram/ Meta, Tiktok, X, Threads, Pinterest and Youtube.
- Develop and implement strategies for social media engagement and bring to life fresh ideas for social media of who we are as a brand, why we exist, and what we bring to our global consumers.
- Assist with developing and creating engaging, channel relevant content across all social media platforms.
- Assist with identifying and shortlisting potential UGC creators and Influencers for AU/ EU and US markets.
- Remain up to date with emerging trends across social media and pop culture to assist with copywriting, ensuring all content aligns with our brand’s tone of voice.
- Lead community management for our customers and followers.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and effective communication
- Assist with monitoring and analysing brand performance metrics and KPIs across social channels. Assist in developing strategies to enhance brand equity, drive brand loyalty, and improve market share.
- Assist with analysing data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify areas for optimisation and improvement.
Your Sweet Spots (About You)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media, with proven track record of assisting in developing and executing successful social media strategies
- Experience creating social media content, Instagram & TikTok key channels.
- Strong understanding of social media and pop culture. A trend setter, not afraid to disrupt and challenge the status quo!
- Passionate, driven and a strong communicator that thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment. Confident managing multiple projects
- Excellent time management, project management and interpersonal skills
- Luxury fashion/retail/beauty or lifestyle brand experience highly desired
