In this role, you will be instrumental in defining our brand’s digital presence and enhancing community interaction across diverse social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Design and publish original, captivating content (including visuals and short videos) 3-5 times a week on major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Collaborative Development: Partner with R&D and creative teams, as well as external agencies, to generate impactful and on-brand visual assets.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on emerging social media and cultural trends, sharing insights with the marketing team to keep our content relevant and engaging.
  • Community Interaction: Actively monitor and engage with followers, influencers, and customers by responding to comments and inquiries, ensuring the maintenance of our brand voice.
  • Marketing Strategy Support: Assist in formulating paid social strategies that align with our broader brand objectives and resonate with our target audience.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize platform insights and analytics tools to track social media KPIs, making necessary adjustments to optimize growth and engagement.
  • Insight Presentation: Communicate social media performance metrics and insights to key stakeholders to inform and refine content strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proficient understanding of social media best practices and trends.
  • Expertise in creating and editing original content tailored for social media and video platforms.
  • Analytical proficiency with social media analytics tools; ability to leverage data for strategic adjustments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with consumer goods and retail channels is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media accounts for consumer brands, particularly on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
