Our client, a dynamic property coaching company hosting transformative events across the UK, is seeking a Social Media Executive to join their team remotely. This part-time role (25-30 hours per week) offers the opportunity to work during UK hours (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 2 pm) and play a vital role in shaping their online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Scheduling:

• Plan and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Boost posts to increase visibility and engagement.

Community Engagement:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a loyal online community.
• Tag members in event photos and repost stories where the brand is featured.

Campaign Support:

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns with the Marketing Manager.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Prepare detailed reports on social media performance, engagement metrics, and ad spend.

Reel Management:

• Coordinate with onsite videographers and editors to create engaging reels.

Email Marketing:

• Create and manage email campaigns using tools like MailChimp.
• Update email lists and monitor campaign performance (open and click-through rates).

Paid Advertising:

• Support paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including ad setup, performance monitoring, and reporting.

General Marketing Support:

• Provide administrative and project-based assistance to the Marketing Manager.

About You:

• Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in managing major social media platforms with a strong understanding of engagement strategies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning new tools and trends.
• Experience with email marketing and a basic understanding of paid advertising is advantageous.
