Overview:
The Social Media Expert role at Zia Infotech is a dynamic and creative position responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve specific business goals. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing multiple platforms, and analyzing data to maximize brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with Zia Infotech’s overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify social media trends and best practices.
- Create high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter,LinkedIn, Instagram) that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and optimal audience reach.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media algorithms and content formats (e.g., videos, stories, live streams) to maximize engagement.
- Manage and monitor Zia Infotech’s social media presence across all platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive brand interactions.
- Proactively engage with followers, build online communities, and encourage brand advocacy.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and social media followers.
- Develop and manage targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics and interests.
- Monitor campaign performance using social media analytics tools, identifying key metrics such as reach,engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Analyze data to gain insights into audience behavior and optimize social media strategies for continuous improvement.
- Generate regular reports that track progress towards social media goals and demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of social media efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices across various platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Hootsuite Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Creativity, passion for social media, and a keen eye for visual design.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Increase in social media followers and engagement rate (likes, comments, shares)
- Website traffic generated from social media referrals
- Lead generation through social media campaigns
- Brand awareness lift through social media (e.g., mentions, brand search volume)
- Social media sentiment analysis (positive vs. negative mentions)
