We are now working as a team first, remote friendly company, arranging monthly get-togethers and regular team retreats. We also have a co-working space in London for collaboration and socialising. 

We are looking for a Social Media intern to join our Marketing team on a full-time contract basis!

To help you best prepare, we’ve outlined the interview process for this role, we aim to have this process completed within 3 weeks:

• 30 minute google meet with our People and Talent Coordinator
• 45 minutes technical interview with our Content Director 
• 30 minutes google meet with our VP of Marketing and Marketing Ops Manager

About you: 

What we’re looking for: 

• Experience with CRM strategies.
• You have managed or currently operate a successful social media platform.
• Passion for marketing, social media, and community engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident and happy to be behind the camera 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
• Interest in crypto/web3 and its potential to reshape industries.
• You are good at problem-solving and multitasking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving start-up.

Nice to have:

• You speak Portuguese, French or Spanish 
• You have a crypto social media following 
• Growth hacking mentality

What you’ll be doing: 

1. Actively manage and grow our community channels.
2. Engage with followers, respond to messages, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
3. Conduct interviews and create content that highlights our brand and community.
4. Collaborate with influencers promote our brand.
5. Discover new communities and platforms where potential users may be found.
