Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Social Media Executive to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users. Our objective is to increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum client engagement. As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our products/services while providing support to existing and potential customers. Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.
Job Role: Social Media Executive
Job Location: Ludhiana/ Hyderabad/ Remote
Experience Required: 0-1 Years
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to identify and engage with potential clients
2. Assist in creating content targeted toward potential leads, including posts, infographics, and videos that highlight the value of our services.
3. Monitor and engage with relevant industry groups and potential prospects, and initiate conversations to build connections and generate leads.
4. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media campaigns with lead generation strategies and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new outreach ideas.
Skills Required
1.Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
2. Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and how to use them for business
3. Ability to conduct market research and identify potential leads
4. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (experience with HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is a plus)
5. Analytical mindset to track metrics and suggest improvements
6. Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
7. Interest in marketing, sales, or business development
