Job Summary:

FreedX is seeking a  Social Media Lead to join our team. The Social Media Lead will play a crucial role in driving our integrated marketing strategy, combining creative content development, performance marketing, and community engagement to elevate our brand presence.

Key responsibilities:

Integrated Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, content marketing, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility, user acquisition, and retention.
  • Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing initiatives that resonate with crypto-curious users, seasoned traders, and key community stakeholders.

Content & Creative Direction:

  • Assist the production of engaging, on-brand content (social posts, infographics, videos, landing pages, and ad creatives) that clearly communicates our value propositions and product offerings.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing materials, ensuring trust and credibility within the crypto community.

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., PPC, display, retargeting, affiliate partnerships) to drive user growth and improve ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies and leverage analytics to refine campaign targeting, messaging, and creative elements for maximum impact.

Social Media & Community Engagement:

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) by delivering timely, relevant, and educational content.
  • Engage with the community, handle feedback and inquiries, and maintain a positive, active brand presence across all platforms.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (engagement, conversion rates, CPA, CAC, LTV) using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular, data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous optimization of marketing initiatives.

Market Research & Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and regulatory changes in the cryptocurrency and fintech landscapes.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging marketing tools, channels, and opportunities to ensure that strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Crisis & Reputation Management:

  • Address potential reputation issues promptly and professionally, maintaining clear and empathetic communication during sensitive situations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, performance marketing, and content marketing.

Skills:

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, ad platform dashboards) and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Content Creation & Creative Skills: Strong writing, editing, and basic design skills (familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite a plus).
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across user segments and work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic & Innovative Thinking: Ability to develop and iterate on strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and overall growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with agility in responding to changing market conditions and organizational priorities.
