In this role, you will be instrumental in amplifying our brand’s visibility and engagement across various consumer social platforms. As the authentic voice of our organization, you will connect with communities, collaborate with internal teams, and cultivate product interest through both paid and organic strategies. We are looking for a candidate with a profound understanding of consumer social forum dynamics, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to foster trust and value in online interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary representative of our brand within User Generated Content (UGC) social forums, overseeing brand and category mentions and nurturing positive relationships through community engagement.
- Engage with relevant communities authentically, addressing inquiries, contributing to discussions, and disseminating content that educates and promotes product interest.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strategize, execute, and oversee paid and organic campaigns on platforms such as Reddit, analyzing performance data to optimize ROI.
- Drive key performance metrics, including brand and category reach, sentiment, traffic, and lead generation from UGC social forums, implementing improvements based on performance analysis.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of systems and tools vital for achieving results, partnering on the creation of a comprehensive content library and feedback mechanisms for enhancing performance.
- Uphold our success framework for UGC social forums, continuously acquiring knowledge from industry experts and market trends to remain at the forefront of social engagement.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management for a leading consumer brand, with a focus on UGC social forums; experience in consumer financial services will be advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of key social media platforms, engagement strategies, paid advertising components, and best practices for managing forums to drive sentiment, increase leads, and track performance.
- Proven track record of enhancing brand visibility, fostering positive sentiment, and delivering tangible business results.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to act swiftly while ensuring long-term positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and campaigns concurrently within specified deadlines.
- Proficiency in utilizing metrics and insights to guide and refine engagement strategies, with familiarity in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse online communities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.

Compensation And Benefits
