Role Overview:
The Social Media/Content Writer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies that promote our brand, educate our audience, and drive customer engagement across various social media platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
– Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
– Create compelling copy that conveys our brand message and resonates with our target audience.
2. Social Media Management:
– Manage and oversee all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
– Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
3. Content Strategy:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement content strategies that align with business goals.
– Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
4. Audience Engagement:
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms to foster community engagement.
– Analyze audience feedback and engagement metrics to refine content strategies and improve performance.
5. SEO Optimization:
– Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to our website and app.
– Utilize keyword research and best practices to enhance our online presence.
6. Campaign Development:
– Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and events.
– Collaborate with designers and other team members to create visually appealing content that complements written copy.
7. Performance Analysis:
– Track and analyze the performance of content and social media initiatives using analytics tools.
– Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of content strategies.
8. Collaboration:
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product development, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
– Engage with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content writing, or digital marketing, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
– Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
– Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
