Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging social media content tailored for diverse platforms and advertising units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise cutting-edge content strategies that align with client objectives.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to assess performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for ongoing success.
• Manage daily social media operations for healthcare executive accounts, engaging with a multidisciplinary team.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in social media to enhance our overarching strategy.
• Monitor engagement metrics, press releases, and real-time posts for client accounts.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource on the latest social media developments, updates, and regulatory guidelines specific to healthcare and executive branding.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in social media content strategy, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior executives on social media and communications strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, complemented by creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SEO and its relevance in social media.
• Understanding of FDA and FTC guidelines concerning social media in healthcare and biotech.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits

Salary Range: (70,000 – )85,000, based on experience and location. We believe in equitable compensation based on skills and qualifications.
