Key Responsibilities
- Foster and nurture robust relationships with content creators, providing them with essential support and guidance.
- Develop and implement compelling social media strategies that effectively highlight our products and services while amplifying creator content.
- Execute and manage social media campaigns across a variety of platforms, focusing on brand visibility, audience engagement, and monetization.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about trends and audience preferences, leveraging insights to enhance social media strategies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media initiatives, delivering insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
- Collaborate with global PR and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels, contributing to overarching marketing objectives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in social media management or marketing, preferably within the adult content industry.
- Proficiency in managing major social media platforms, including X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram.
- Solid understanding of creator-audience dynamics in the US market, with a focus on fan engagement, branding, and public relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools to measure performance and enhance engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing market trends and audience behaviors.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
