Role Overview

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across all platforms. Working closely with medical staff, you will create compelling, engaging, and informative content to increase visibility, connect with our community, and showcase the exceptional care we provide at USVC.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing social media campaigns to grow our online presence, often in conjunction with rotating medical awareness campaigns.
• Creating visually appealing content and graphics, including photos, videos, and written posts.
• Monitoring social media platforms, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Collaborating with our veterinary team to share educational and insightful posts.
• Tracking and analysing key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach to measure the success of social media strategies.
