  Social Media Manager – Web3 Focus

  For my client, a leading company in the Web3 space, I am looking for a Social Media Manager who is crypto-native and has experience working in Web3 environments.

  Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media channels including X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content and copy for all major social platforms, maintaining a consistent posting schedule through a content calendar.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media metrics, using insights to optimize strategy and improve performance.
  • Monitor social channels to identify opportunities for engagement with trending topics and relevant industry conversations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design eye-catching graphics that align with social copy and overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop and implement innovative social media tactics to increase brand awareness and stay ahead of trends.
  • Engage meaningfully with the community, fostering a positive atmosphere and responding to interactions on social platforms.
  • Evaluate and integrate new social media software solutions into the marketing tech stack.
  • Support adjacent projects across marketing, community, product, and engineering teams.

  Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of social media marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven success managing social media for high-growth Web3 brands.
  • Strong grasp of social media strategies and leveraging platforms for experimentation.
  • Experience contributing to social communities and adapting to various brand voices.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors in content.
  • Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear communication.
  • Advanced knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics.

  Nice to Have:

  • Experience with digital and traditional advertising strategies.
  • Knowledge of paid social media campaigns.
