We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s online presence across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging audiences, building brand awareness, and crafting compelling content strategies that resonate with our target market. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and measuring the performance of social media campaigns that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and customer retention across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, and others.
– Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate engaging, creative, and relevant content that aligns with the brand’s voice, including text posts, images, videos, and stories.
– Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with the online community.
– Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing efforts.
– Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, traffic, conversion, follower growth, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.
– Community Engagement: Foster a positive and active online community by responding to customer inquiries, handling comments, and engaging in relevant discussions to boost brand loyalty.
– Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure a consistent brand presence across all social media platforms by maintaining the brand’s tone, aesthetics, and messaging.
– Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with industry trends, social media innovations, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and ahead of competitors.
– Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, marketing, product) to align social media efforts with overall company goals and marketing strategies.
– Influencer Outreach: Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, thought leaders, and advocates who can help expand the brand’s reach.
Qualifications:
– Education: Any educational background. All we want to see is your talent and your creativity skills.
– Experience: Proven work experience (1,2 or 3 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of growing social media presence and driving engagement.
– Skills:
– Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
– Solid understanding of SEO, social media KPIs, and content optimization techniques.
– Excellent copywriting, communication, and editing skills.
– Ability to create visually compelling content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
– Analytical mindset and familiarity with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
– Personal Attributes:
– Highly creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
– Passionate about staying current on social media trends and innovation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
