We’re looking for a highly strategic and analytical Social Media Manager to join us as we drive equality in the world’s largest companies. This is a ‘once in a career’ opportunity to shape and own the social media strategy for our business. You’ll have full responsibility for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on B2B engagement—particularly on LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, to drive growth and engagement.
- Develop and execute data-driven campaigns, leveraging analytics to optimize performance and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team as well as the WeQual Awards, Membership, and Sales teams to support business growth through social media.
- Work with the design and video team to create, curate, and manage content to build meaningful connections with key stakeholders.
- Be a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency of messaging and brand voice across all platforms.
- Stay on top of the latest trends in social media, AI, content creation, and analytics, continuously improving strategies and driving innovation.
- Monitor and report on all key metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, aligning social media strategies with broader business goals.
Required Skillset:
- Extensive experience in managing social media in a B2B environment, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Deep understanding of social media analytics, with proven experience in running growth-focused campaigns.
- Ability to generate meaningful insights from data to shape future strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple social media accounts and a wide range of content types.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Proficient in social media tools, particularly Hubspot (preferred).
- Highly experienced in developing content calendars, reporting on performance, and optimizing based on data.
- Ability to think creatively while maintaining a strategic approach to social media.
