Neo Group is on the lookout for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing Function.

What you will be doing:

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), ensuring timely updates around major sports events
• Develop and execute a social media content strategy focused on sports and key iGaming events
• Plan and manage competitions, giveaways, and sports-themed campaigns to boost engagement
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and other teams to ensure cohesive branding and promotions
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and handle customer queries on social platforms
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize engagement and growth
• Manage influencer partnerships and paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and brand awareness
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, sports news, and best practices to keep content relevant and fresh

Requirements

• Native French speaker, with Greek language skills considered a plus
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
• Strong experience using design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or similar software to create engaging social media content
• Prior experience working in the gambling or iGaming industry is highly preferred
• A strong interest in football, particularly European leagues, and knowledge of key sports events and trends
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and community engagement
• Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and adjust strategies for growth
