Technothinksup Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to manage and execute social media strategies for multiple clients simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling client accounts across various industries, driving engagement, and increasing brand presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google My Business. This is a full-time remote position, and you will play a key role in creating impactful digital strategies to meet the clients’ goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery of campaigns.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and videos, across various social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their branding and marketing needs and ensure alignment with their overall digital marketing strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online interactions to foster positive relationships with client brands.
- Handle paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee content calendars and coordinate with creative teams for visual content development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google My Business).
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication, writing, and copy-editing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for digital marketing.
- Experience with social media advertising, including paid campaigns, targeting, and budget management.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
