Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business goals. This role requires expertise in social media platforms, content creation, and data analysis, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. The Social Media Manager will also prepare comprehensive monthly reports for clients and coordinate with them to ensure alignment with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Social Media Strategy Development:

○ Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives.

○ Set clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.

○ Analyze market trends, social media platforms, and competitor activities to refine strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.

● Content Creation and Management:

○ Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media platform, including text, images, videos, and graphics.

○ Manage and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing initiatives.

○ Oversee content production, including working with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to create compelling content.

● Community Engagement:

○ Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages. Respond promptly and professionally to engage with the audience and address inquiries.

○ Foster and manage positive relationships with followers to build a loyal and engaged community.

○ Implement strategies to boost engagement rates and drive meaningful interactions.

● Campaign Management:

○ Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.

○ Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.

○ Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

● Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:

○ Marketing Team Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.

○ Product and Sales Integration: Partner with product and sales teams to ensure social media content supports product launches, sales promotions, and other key activities.

○ Customer Service Alignment: Coordinate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and issues on social media, ensuring consistent messaging and a high level of customer satisfaction.

● Client Coordination and Reporting:

○ Client Communication: Coordinate with clients to understand their business objectives, preferences, and target audience. Ensure social media strategies align with their overall marketing goals.

○ Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present detailed monthly reports for clients, highlighting key performance metrics, campaign results, and insights. Provide actionable recommendations for improving social media strategies. ○ Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate client feedback into social media strategies and content planning to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their evolving needs.

● Analytics and Reporting:

○ Use social media analytics tools to track and measure performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.

○ Prepare and present monthly reports on social media activities, performance, and insights to senior management and clients.

○ Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data to enhance social media strategies and achieve business objectives.

● Brand Consistency and Compliance:

○ Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging guidelines.

○ Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms and marketing channels.

● Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

○ Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

○ Experiment with new features and techniques to keep the brand’s social media presence innovative and engaging. ○ Identify and explore new social media platforms and opportunities for expanding brand reach.

Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

● Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role. Experience in a Digital Marketing company is a plus.

● Skills:

○ Proven track record of managing social media accounts and developing successful social media strategies.

○ Strong knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, snapchat, youtube, etc) and their respective best practices.

○ Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

○ Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

○ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. ○ Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative content and campaigns.

○ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

○ Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

○ Experience in client communication and report preparation.
