Position Overview:
Sociable is looking for a talented Social Media Manager with expertise in the beauty and cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about the latest beauty trends, skincare, makeup, and wellness, with the ability to craft stunning social media content that resonates with beauty enthusiasts. You’ll be responsible for building and executing strategies that showcase beauty and cosmetic brands, driving engagement and growing their online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to beauty and cosmetics brands.
Create visually captivating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest, showcasing beauty products, makeup tutorials, skincare routines, and more.
Stay up-to-date with beauty and cosmetics trends, creating timely content that connects with audiences.
Engage with beauty communities to build brand awareness and foster audience growth.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, refining strategies to boost reach and engagement.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand goals and aesthetics.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing social media for beauty and cosmetics brands or related industries.
Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, product launches, and social media platforms.
Excellent visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for design, photography, and video (beauty product styling is a plus).
Experience with content creation tools, including video editing and graphic design (a bonus).
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment, managing time and meeting deadlines.
Passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and cosmetics trends.
