Position Overview:
Sociable is looking for an experienced and adventurous Social Media Manager with a passion for the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of travel trends, destinations, and the needs of modern travelers. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that inspire wanderlust, engage travel communities, and promote travel-related brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for travel brands, tour operators, and destination marketing.
  • Create visually stunning and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook, focusing on travel destinations, experiences, and cultural adventures.
  • Stay on top of travel trends, creating timely and relevant content that captures the attention of travel enthusiasts.
  • Engage with travel communities to build brand awareness and foster audience engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure that content aligns with both client goals and traveler interests.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for travel brands or travel-related businesses.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and travel trends, with the ability to create content that inspires exploration.
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills, with a knack for creating captivating travel content.
  • Experience with content creation, including video editing and graphic design (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote work environment.
  • Passion for travel, adventure, and cultural experiences.
