Sizanid HR is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engagement across all platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to create impactful content that captures our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Your ability to analyze data and understand social media trends will help drive our marketing goals and improve our overall online strategy. If you are innovative, data-savvy, and excited about building brand awareness through social media, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality creative content.
- Monitor social media channels for engagements and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Track and analyze metrics to understand the impact and effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Establish and maintain a social media calendar to plan and schedule content effectively.
- Practical experience working in a fast-paced, creative digital marketing agency.
- Hands-on training in social media management, digital advertising, and analytics.
- Exposure to the latest tools and technologies used in digital marketing.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in content creation and graphic design (familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Ability to analyze data and create reports to inform strategy adjustments.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing principles.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through digital media.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
