Key Responsibilities
- Foster and manage strong relationships with content creators, offering valuable guidance to cultivate authentic audience engagement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that not only showcase our products and services but also promote creator-generated content in line with marketing objectives.
- Strategically plan and implement social media campaigns across multiple platforms, driving brand awareness and monetization efforts that resonate with the US audience.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and audience preferences, utilizing data insights to refine and improve social media strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media initiatives, delivering regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for enhancements.
- Collaborate proactively with the global PR & Marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels, contributing to our overarching marketing strategy.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in social media management or marketing, with a focus on the adult content industry.
- Strong proficiency with platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, Fancentro, Fapello, or JustFor.Fans, alongside expertise in major social media platforms like X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram.
- Deep understanding of the nuances between content creators and their audiences in the US market, with experience in branding and public relations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Advanced proficiency in social media management and analytics tools to track engagement and outcomes effectively.
- A strategic, data-driven mindset, adept at analyzing market trends and audience behavior to optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media Management, or a related discipline is required.
- Established experience in social media management, particularly within the adult content sector.
