About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to manage our Instagram account and help grow our online presence. This is a remote role with flexible working hours (5–6 hours per day). Your first month will be a probationary period, during which your performance will be closely monitored.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s Instagram account.
• Create, design, and publish engaging content and posts.
• Create high-quality Reels and videos that resonate with our audience.
• Stay updated with the latest social media and marketing trends.
• Run ad campaigns on Instagram (as required).
• Track performance metrics and suggest strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Focus on generating leads through creative campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in social media management is a plus but not mandatory.
