Job Overview

We are actively seeking a Social Media Manager based in the USA to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will engage with content creators, aiding them in building authentic connections with their audiences while maximizing the value of their content. You will also play a key role in implementing strategic social media initiatives aimed at driving engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with content creators, offering guidance and support to bolster audience connections.
• Create and implement compelling social media strategies that effectively showcase our services and promote creators’ content.
• Design and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on brand awareness, audience engagement, and monetization.
• Conduct market research to identify audience trends and preferences, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, delivering consistent performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the global marketing and public relations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in managing social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. market, including fan engagement, branding, and public relations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing trends, audience behavior, and campaign metrics.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in social media management or marketing, preferably within the adult content industry or with platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, or Fancentro.
