Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with content creators, offering guidance and support to help them connect authentically with their audiences.
- Devise and execute impactful social media strategies that showcase our products and services while amplifying creators’ content, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives.
- Plan and implement social media campaigns across various platforms to boost brand visibility, engagement, and monetization strategies tailored for the US market.
- Conduct thorough market research to grasp trends, audience preferences, and engagement metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to fine-tune social media strategies.
- Establish and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media initiatives, delivering regular reports on campaign performance along with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the global PR & Marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms, contributing to our overarching marketing strategy.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in social media management or marketing, particularly within the adult content industry, with a strong understanding of platforms like OnlyFans, Fansly, Fancentro, Fapello, or JustFor.Fans.
- Expertise in managing leading social media platforms such as X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram.
- A thorough comprehension of the dynamics between content creators and their audiences in the US market, with experience in engaging fans, branding, and public relations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with various social media management and analytics tools to monitor performance and drive engagement.
- A data-driven approach, adept at analyzing market trends, audience behavior, and campaign outcomes.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
