Role Overview:

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Lead to take charge of our social media strategy, oversee content creation, and drive engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong creative flair, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing high-performing social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with company goals and client objectives.
• Manage and oversee all social media accounts for the company and its clients, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
• Lead a team of social media coordinators and content creators, ensuring quality and consistency in brand voice.
• Create and analyze performance reports, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design, SEO, paid ads, and content teams to create integrated marketing strategies.
• Engage with online communities to foster positive relationships and boost brand presence.
• Develop social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity in content development and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Experience in paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with legal, medspa, or luxury real estate industries is a plus.

Salary Range: 25k to 40k Hryvnia
