We leverage AI to enhance our business operations and deliver accurate, innovative solutions to our clients.  We do software development, and one of our larger projects is, we have created a recycling database system used across the USA, and we have been told it’s one of the best systems in the USA. We Also are getting started with Artificial Intelligence (AI), And we were taking this very serious and we’re ramping up on using Microsoft Copilot and using this for customers across USA to help them to get their business set up on AI more than ever , and help them to be more efficient, accurate, and having full productivity with their business.

Job Description: We are seeking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will proficiently use CRM tools (specifically GoHighlevel) to manage and execute email marketing campaigns. Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of social media platforms and how to engage and grow our online presence effectively.

Daylight and weekly job routines and tasks will be—–

• Sending out weekly emails of 1000 or more to contacts across the USA businesses
• Prep worked for the emails out will be using Contacts from our huge list and setting them up for each send out day
• Filtering out contacts that have emails that are not fully working
• Checking out the type of USA businesses and the size of the each USA businesses
• Posting social media ads for all of the contacts across the USA businesses
• Posting these social media ads to Facebook Twitter LinkedIn and a few others
• Setting up the social media ads to be updated weekly from then on, and other type variations of postings

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content
• Able to work with cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms
• Able to own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns using Highlevel CRM.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance
• Manage and grow ITsoft’s social media presence across various platforms.
• Create engaging content tailored to our audience and brand voice.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and social media.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist and Social Media Manager.
• Proficiency with High-level CRM or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Must be able to work in CST time zone.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science  (Not required but would be good)
• At least 5 years’ of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript     (Not required but would be good)
• Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, Ruby)  (Not required but would be good)
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• This person must be good in communications, efficient and getting a lot of work done, must be very smart in how they get all their work done
• This staff worker must be always honest about their work, have good integrity and character, and get along with other workers very well
• The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation web tools and applications. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead.
