Responsibilities:

Paid Ads Management (Meta Ads):

• Plan, launch, and manage growth-focused paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve performance goals, including lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
• Implement and manage Meta Pixel for tracking performance across platforms like Wix, WordPress, and Shopify.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.

Organic Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive (360°) organic social media strategy for Meta platforms.
• Create engaging, high-quality content, including posts, stories, and videos, aligned with brand goals.
• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent publishing schedules.
• Track organic performance metrics and adapt strategies to drive growth and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 4 to 6 years in social media marketing, with a strong focus on Meta platforms.
• Language: Fluent in English (C1+).
• Expertise in managing paid ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Use of Meta Pixel with platforms like Wix, WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
• Comprehensive (360°) understanding of social media strategy.
• Proven success in developing and managing organic social media strategies.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Go High Level or similar systems.
• Remote Work Experience: Demonstrated success in remote roles within digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently without direct client-facing responsibilities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
• Knowledge of Google Ads and additional social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat).
• Autonomous: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Organized: Process-driven with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
