About Us: Mennr is a full-service marketing firm working with businesses ranging from
$1-$10 million in annual revenue. We handle everything from Instagram posts, PPC, and
SEO to websites, billboards, TV commercials, branded apparel, local partnerships, and
direct mailers. Beyond taking ownership of our client’s entire marketing, we also work with
them on the Revenue Operation side, and as a Fractional CMO where we manage our
client’s pre-existing in-house marketing team, assisting with executing our strategy at a high
level. We are a startup, and most importantly are looking for not only the right fit from the
perspective of abilities, but also from the perspective of culture fit.
Role Overview: As our first Social Media Specialist hire, we will look to you for managing
our entire social media with the help of the rest of the team on strategy and ideation. Your
responsibilities include content planning, graphic design, video editing, content creation, and
community interaction. You will also work closely with management and other teams to
ensure brand consistency and alignment with our “tech-savvy niece and nephew” tone. This
is a 100% remote role, requiring availability Monday through Friday during EST hours.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and execute original, platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
● Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools such as Meta
Business Suite or Hootsuite.
● Collaborate with management to record and edit videos for YouTube.
● Brainstorm and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand
messaging.
● Ensure alignment with the sales and delivery teams on brand strategy and
occasional copywriting.
● Maintain a consistent posting schedule and adapt content to reflect trends and
audience engagement.
● Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative
Suite, or similar tools.
Qualifications:
● Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management
tools.
● A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design, video editing, and social media
management skills.
● Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
● Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for continuous improvement.
● Ability to work independently while aligning with management’s vision.
