Position: Social Media Post Designer

Location: Remote
Salary: ₹25000-₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and creative social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts tailored to specific campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with the brand’s identity and objectives.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and adhere to the latest trends in social media design.
• Work on quick turnarounds for daily content requirements while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in visual branding across all social media platforms.
• Stay updated with new tools, techniques, and trends in design and social media marketing.

Requirements

• Proven ability to design high-quality social media posts (Freshers must showcase relevant work or samples).
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create motion graphics or short videos is a plus.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
