Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead large-scale social media campaigns across various platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with our brand objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content that fosters interaction and strengthens connections with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all visual elements and messaging are consistent with our brand identity.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, utilizing insights to enhance future social media strategies.
  • Identify and engage with healthcare influencers to broaden our narrative and expand our outreach.
  • Uphold brand consistency across all produced content.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 6 years of social media management experience, demonstrating a track record of successfully scaling campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven capacity to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong background in communications or content creation, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that inform and engage.
  • Familiarity with creative tools and processes, such as Figma.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and efficiency.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience in social media management and campaign execution is essential.
