We are in search of a seasoned Senior Social Media Manager to play a pivotal role in refining our online presence and effectively communicating our message to healthcare professionals, enterprise partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead large-scale social media campaigns across various platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with our brand objectives.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content that fosters interaction and strengthens connections with our target audience.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all visual elements and messaging are consistent with our brand identity.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, utilizing insights to enhance future social media strategies.
- Identify and engage with healthcare influencers to broaden our narrative and expand our outreach.
- Uphold brand consistency across all produced content.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 6 years of social media management experience, demonstrating a track record of successfully scaling campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven capacity to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong background in communications or content creation, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that inform and engage.
- Familiarity with creative tools and processes, such as Figma.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and efficiency.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management and campaign execution is essential.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from (140K to )160K, with equity options available for all new hires.
