Responsibilities

• Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Use insights to optimize strategies, enhance engagement, and drive lead generation efforts
• Lead Generation: Develop innovative strategies to capture and nurture leads through social media channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective lead-gen campaigns
• Community Management: Expand and manage social media communities by engaging with followers across platforms. Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries to foster positive relationships
• Content Creation: Design and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and relevant content tailored to our audience
• Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals, with a strong focus on LinkedIn as a key channel for thought leadership and business growth

Qualifications & Requirements

• Up to 3 years of proven experience managing and growing professional LinkedIn profiles
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and strategic thinking to drive engagement and lead generation

Preferred:

Active LinkedIn presence and a keen interest in staying ahead of social media trends.
