Our multidisciplinary team of engineers, working remotely in various EMEA/APAC locations, operates with a self-sufficient work mentality, applying Agile methodology and a constant contribution towards team improvement.
In our offices we have a real-life factory room with robots where the team can apply and verify the result of their developments.

Job Responsibilities
- Architectural design: design and evolve high-level application architecture.
- Design scalable and reusable components to interface with other internal and external systems.
- Enhance performance and efficiency.
- Define new technical strategies from low to high fidelity (from drawings to proof of concept).
- Analyze new feature requirements and define a technical solution.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation.
- Work with stakeholders to define user workflows.
- Actively bring in ideas for improvements (Software, Process or User Experience improvements).
- Conduct code reviews and participate in Technical Workshops.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Software Architect, ideally in robotics, manufacturing, or automation sectors.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices for real-time/low-latency applications.
- Experience with API management and middleware technologies that facilitate communication between software and hardware components.
- Ability to Prototype and estimate new requirements at a high level.
- Solid experience with C#.
- Proficiency in English, as the team is international.
- Ability to work remotely while effectively collaborating with the team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in creating architectural documentation.
- Proven experience in moving custom solutions into more generic components.
- Experience with software architectures that facilitate integration with third-party systems, including API, SDK or plugins design.
- Experience with digital twin solutions.
- Familiarity with robotics, including direct/inverse kinematics and programming frameworks.
- Experience with automation systems and hardware integration (e.g., PLC interfacing, OPC UA, TCP/IP communications).
- Knowledge of TDD and a relevant .NET testing frameworks (nUnit, xUnit or MS Test).
- Front-end development knowledge (WPF or React).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
- Algorithm knowledge, particularly geospatial algorithms.
- Metrology knowledge.
- Experience designing solutions using service bus and microservices.
- Experience with real-time communication technologies (e.g., SignalR, Protobuf, gRPC).
