Your Role in Our Mission

What Success Looks Like

• First Month: You’ll dive into understanding our current projects and start contributing to a new one. Getting hands-on is key.
• Three Months: You’ll have delivered a medium-sized project and begun contributing to our long-term initiatives, gaining a full picture of our ecosystem.
• Eight to Ten Months: You’ll have delivered a major project, explored how to grow your team, and started taking our technology to the next level.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone with a growth mindset, a knack for problem-solving, and a hunger to learn.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in .NET Core (6+) and C# using MS Visual Studio.
• Strong understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, jQuery, Vue.js, Bootstrap, etc.
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery DataTables, and NoSQL/MongoDB.
• Familiarity with DevOps/Git and SOLID principles.
• API consumption, authentication, and authorisation.
• Middleware, microservices, and SaaS systems.
• IIS, Azure server deployment, or Windows Server experience.

Soft Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organisational and planning skills.
• Attention to detail and a methodical, test-driven approach.
• A curious, positive mindset and a passion for innovation.

Bonus Skills

While not essential, experience with any of the following would be a big plus:

• Blazor, Xamarin Forms/MAUI.
• Agile workflows (e.g., Kanban on Monday.com).
• Remote technical support and live-site troubleshooting.
