About the project:

As a Senior SDET, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our software products are of the highest quality and reliability. You will be a vital part of the development team, advocating for top-tier test methodologies and best practices, providing feedback on developer-authored tests, and expanding automated test coverage with comprehensive end-to-end system-level tests.

You will be able to:

• Lead and mentor on test methodologies, fostering a culture of quality.
• Conduct testing for complex web, mobile, API, and backend services.
• Review existing test coverage, identifying and addressing gaps.
• Work closely with development, product, and design teams to translate requirements into effective test cases.
• Evaluate, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Assess and enhance the test automation strategy’s effectiveness.
• Develop and execute performance and load tests to ensure application scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to enhance code and test quality.
• Triage CI/CD and automation test failures.
• Perform regression testing upon issue resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and strategies.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ Years of experience working with Manual Testing.
• 5+ Years of experience working with Automation Testing (Cypress, Selenium, etc).
• 2+ Years of experience working with Web Framework (React, Angular, etc).
• 2+ Years of experience working with Whitebox and Blackbox testing.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
