Job Description

We are seeking motivated and creative IT Training Interns, who will gain hands-on experience in the field of IT training and development. You will support our team in creating, organizing, and delivering IT courses and workshops. This internship/Training Program offers a unique opportunity to learn about various IT courses, training programs, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of IT course online content that contributes to the development of engaging and informative training modules.
• Provide technical support to participants during training sessions. Help resolve any issues related to software or connectivity.
• Research emerging IT trends and technologies to ensure course content remains up-to-date and relevant.
• Help track and analyze training outcomes, including participant feedback and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Support various administrative tasks related to course scheduling, material preparation, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduation/post-graduation degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn trending IT skills.
• Should have the best IT problem-solving skills
• Must have a basic knowledge of programming languages e.g. C#, .NET, HTML, JavaScript, etc. Also SEO, Digital Marketing, Content Writing, and more.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, and software. Familiarity with programming languages, networking, or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
