We are looking for a Software Development Manager who will:
- Contribute to product strategy and mentor team members, fostering talent development and teamwork.
- Set schedules, manage resources, and track performance to meet project goals.
- Clear obstacles and support teams in transforming requirements into functional applications.
- Conduct Scrum ceremonies and develop all solution layers (data, services, and user interfaces).
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver enhancements iteratively.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience and managing individuals in software development with coding experience in Python, Angular, Java, JavaScript or other related languages
- Experience designing or assisting the team architecting large-scale systems design
- Knowledge in service based architecture, RESTful services and building scalable micro-services
