What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate, design, develop, and test enterprise-level software distribution packages for remote locations
• Provide in-depth support for core and basic non-core software
• Participate in project activities, including data collection and customer communication
• Investigate and resolve moderately complex hardware and software issues
• Maintain and close issues using incident and request tracking software, ensuring compliance with service level agreements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum three (3) years of experience with multi-site application package deployments
• Experience with application packaging and distribution tools such as Novell ZENworks, Admin Studio, or SCCM
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and Windows server environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with application virtualization
• Knowledge of Windows automation scripting including PowerShell and VBScript
• Familiarity with Visual Basic and Visual Basic scripting
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification (or equivalent)
• Experience with DLL conflicts and Windows registry troubleshooting
