Key Responsibilities
- Engage in research and development of innovative algorithms for remote sensor data exploitation.
- Exhibit proficiency in Python and C++, alongside strong software design and architecture capabilities.
- Construct proof-of-concept tools for signal processing, image processing, and data exploitation utilizing Python.
- Refine and enhance Python-based tools for machine learning, modeling, and simulation applications.
- Assess the performance and integrity of algorithms and sensor systems.
- Collaborate in an Agile team environment, contributing to shared development tools.
- Execute additional duties as required.
Required Skills
- Strong command of Python and C++ programming languages.
- Expertise in software design and architecture.
- Experience with signal processing, image processing, and data exploitation.
- Familiarity with OPIR, E/O, SAR, Spectral, RF, or other remote sensing data.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an Agile team framework.
- Exceptional attention to detail, paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with C++, Python, and Linux operating systems (educational qualifications may substitute for some experience).
- Experience with remote sensing data is preferable.
- Must be able to work full-time on-site in Boulder, CO.

Compensation And Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of (117,000 – )168,000 annually, based on factors such as responsibilities, experience, and education.
