At Streamtime we believe in happy, healthy businesses. That means we help make healthy profits with happy people.
Our aim is to blend profitability and utilisation hand in hand with the wellbeing of the people doing the work and running the company.
Future Streamtime will help to drive a whole industry of happy, healthy creative businesses. We’ll be sharing industry performance data, guiding businesses on where they can make healthier profits (through real-time data and insights) and keep their people happy and doing some of their best work.
We can only help our customers to be happier and healthier if we’re happy and healthy ourselves. That’s why we run the business in the most human way possible. Our values reflect the kind of culture we wish to build, at the same time as continually building the right guardrails around policies and processes to spell out how to be happy and healthy, what to prioritise and how to support others.

Role Seniority – Mid Level – A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.
More About The Front-End Developer Role At Streamtime
Developers at Streamtime are not only responsible for working on the codebase, but also for contributing to and shaping our roadmap for the months and years to come. We have very open feedback loops where you will have the opportunity to make suggestions, propose solutions and collaborate on designs.
We’re always looking for better ways to work and new technologies that we can introduce to help make both ours and our customers’ lives better. A large part of that is driven by developers bringing in fresh ideas and solutions to the team.
Streamtime is fundamentally an application, not just a website. To be able to build great designs means you need a deep understanding of the problems we are solving and why they are important. A lot of the time, we’re talking hard numbers and profitability, so while you don’t need to have knowledge in these areas before starting with us, you will definitely need the critical thinking and problem solving to be able to understand the ‘why’ so that you can deliver on exactly what the user needs.
You’ll have the drive and determination to take ownership of a problem and see it right through to the end, all the way from inception to release. This includes a deep understanding of the data to know if the proposed design has any flaws, loopholes or mis-understandings of the statistics. Hopefully, you’ll also enjoy the endorphin rush that comes with a customer raving over how something you have released has changed their business for the better.
We work in fortnightly sprints and are fairly lean and agile in our methodologies, so the ability to thrive in that environment is a must. Being a smaller team, we work closely with all areas of the business to understand the problems our customers face.
