About the Position :
The Software Engineer II for Buyer Experience will use their creativity, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to help C2FO deliver new product offerings in the B2B payments, analytics, and Working Capital Management space (in collaboration with many others, especially Product Managers and Engineers).

Our Engineers are at the forefront of how customers interact with C2FO. We create applications for internal and external customers with our Product team. Our philosophy: short iterations with a focus on scalability while ensuring maintainability.

• Vigilant in identifying tech debt and always improving how we do things.
• Persistent in the face of roadblocks; dispatches them efficiently, pulling in others, as necessary.
• Comfortable with source control, especially git.
• A self-motivated developer who can work independently.
• Experienced at developing web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Have designed and developed resilient, scalable and serverless architectures from scratch.
• Leads end to end product lifecycle : Design, Development, Testing and providing Operational Excellence and Support.
• Understanding Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis and NoSql DBs is a great plus we value.
• Proficient communication in English both written and verbal
• Promotes team’s design methodologies per SOLID principles and quality programming practices.
• Ability to mentor junior mentors advocating the same.

We would be particularly delighted to hire someone who has experience with:

• Java, Python, Go
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
